Some days it feels like this pandemic will never end. However, it will at some point and at Outcomes Connect Australia we understand the importance of continuing to support you throughout this challenging time.
To do this, we’re ensuring we follow the safest of practices, in line with Department of Health guidelines.

We can safely continue to provide services to support your goals through Telehealth, service provision outdoors and services indoors where needed at a safe physical distance.
We’ll work with each of our Participants individually to understand the safest and most effective mode of service delivery for you at this time.
Protection through Covid-19 Vaccinations & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All Outcomes Connect Clinicians are vaccinated against Covid-19, reducing the likelihood of them contracting or transmitting Covid-19 to you. Regardless of this, no Clinician will attend face to face visits if feeling at all unwell. We also ask you to let us know if you’re not feeling well prior to any visits.
All Clinicians are also trained in the safe management of PPE and will be wearing PPE to every visit, inline with Department of Health guidelines. This also includes sanitising, cleaning equipment and handwashing at every visit.
Clinicians will also ask you screening questions prior to commencing the visit to check you and other members of the household are well.
In addition to the above, we’ve also introduced 2 x weekly Rapid Antigen Testing of all clinicians to provide another layer of confidence that we’re doing all we possibly can to keep those we support as safe as possible at this time.
How you can help us, to help you
- Please provide us with as much notice as you can when you or a household member are feeling unwell or awaiting Covid testing results and we can reschedule the session or move it to telehealth.
- Please maintain Physical distance of 1.5m wherever possible.
