With over 29 years’ experience in education and extensive experience supporting people with disability, I bring a practical, compassionate and person-centred approach to behaviour support. I hold a Bachelor of Special Education and a Bachelor of Psychology with First Class Honours. My professional experience includes working as a Behaviour Support Teacher, PBL Coach and Head of Student Services, providing me with a strong foundation in positive behaviour support, functional assessment, capacity building and collaborative practice.
I am passionate about building trusting relationships, understanding each person as an individual and developing behaviour support strategies that are realistic, respectful and able to be embedded into everyday life.
