My professional experience includes working as a Behaviour Support Teacher, PBL Coach and Head of Student Services, providing me with a strong foundation in positive behaviour support, functional assessment, capacity building and collaborative practice.

I am deeply committed to supporting people with disabilities because it aligns with both my professional expertise and my core values. Over the past 29 years, I have worked across a range of roles including behaviour support, Head of Student Services in a variety of school settings, and positive behaviour coaching – supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours. Throughout this time, I have consistently been driven by a belief that every person deserves to feel safe, understood, and valued, and to have genuine opportunities to succeed.
My passion for this works come from seeing the impact – both in small, significant moments and in long-term outcomes. Supporting people with disabilities is not just a career for me it is a fundamental part of who I am and the contribution I want to continue making.
