I am a experienced practitioner and team lead with extensive experience working both as a support worker, a primary school teacher, and a mother of a child with a disability. I'm a passionate and dedicated advocate, committed to helping participants to achieve choice and control in their everyday living experiences. My goal is to support the practitioners in my team, and our participants to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through the implementation of strategies that uphold their human rights, their values, and their specific needs.
