I have been working with people with disability since 2024. I support individuals using a person-centred, strengths-based and behaviour-focused approach, tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I am approachable, positive and thoughtful, and work collaboratively to support individuals to build confidence, independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.

I enjoy supporting people with disabilities because it is rewarding to see the positive impact I can make in their lives. Seeing people grow in confidence, achieve their goals, and become more independent motivates me. I find great satisfaction in helping others reach their full potential.
