I am a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 9 years experience working in the disability sector. I am passionate about supporting people with disability to live meaningful, fulfilling and more independent lives through person-centered, strengths-based and neuroaffirming behaviour support.
I am a bright, bubbly and approachable person who genuinely loves what I do. I enjoy building strong relationships with participants, families and support teams and working collaboratively to understand behaviour, identify what a person is communicating and develop practical strategies that support quality of life.
I am passionate about making a positive difference and continuing to grow my knowledge and skills within the disability and behaviour support sector.
