Behaviour Support Team Lead

Icon

I believe behaviour is communication, and I am passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered. With experience supporting individuals with autism, intellectual disability, and mental health conditions, I focus on creating meaningful, person-centred strategies that reflect each person's strengths, goals, and lived experiences. Through environmental adaptation, skill development, and reducing restrictive practices, I help participants build greater independence, confidence, and autonomy in their everyday lives.
