I am an experienced behavior support practitioner within the NDIS and mental health space. I support individuals within the home, supported independent living and specialist disability accommodation settings with varying diagnoses, complex presentations and support needs. I also collaborate with the family, support workers and care teams to help individuals thrive in their environments, address their support needs and reduce the need to use risk of harm behaviors.
