I support individuals facing mental health, behavioural, and life challenges to build resilience, confidence, and meaningful independence. With more than 15 years of experience in counselling, mental health support and now behaviour support, I have worked extensively alongside young people, families, refugees, and individuals experiencing mental health challenges and behaviour support needs. My approach is built on empathy, trust, and understanding, ensuring every person feels heard, respected, and supported to achieve their goals.
