I have been working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner since May 2025 with previous experience working in a daycare. I enjoy working with children and families and value building positive relationships. I take a person-centred approach, focusing on each participant's individual needs, strengths and goals. I aim to build positive relationships and provide practical strategies that promote choice, independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
