Hi there! I’m Justine and I’m from Geelong area. I’ve worked within the disability industry for 8 years starting out as a Residential Support Worker supporting multiple people with varying needs and complexities. I moved on to become a Team Leader of a residential service before putting a pause on my career to start my own family. I briefly worked in a Kindergarten providing 1:1 support in emotional regulation and behaviour intervention for a child with special needs. From there my passion for behaviour support was born! I have been working for Outcomes Connect for 3 years and counting. I pride myself in my dedication to participants and their families, placing them at the center of everything we do.

How I would describe my therapeutic style:
collaborative, person-centred, practical
How participants would describe me:
dedicated, fun, trustworthy
Participants of my past have taught me many things about how to be kind, how to have fun and most importantly, how to be myself. I truly believe that I wouldn’t be the person that I am today if it weren’t for the people I’ve met, supported, and loved. To be a part of someone's journey, no matter what stage of life they’re in, is something really special.
