Grace is a bright, up-and-coming Behaviour Support Practitioner with lots of ground-level experience supporting NDIS clients through everyday life. She is incredibly passionate about promoting the rights and independence of her clients through her work, which focuses on understanding all aspects of a person and their behaviour and working together to learn new skills, focus on strengths, and strive towards positive change and a better quality of living.

When working with participants, families and their support teams, Grace prioritises compassion as well as professionalism, helping to make sure everybody is working towards the same goal: positive change, and improved wellbeing.
