I am a behaviour support practitioner based in Victoria, with a diploma of early childhood education and a strong passion for supporting people to build meaningful, fulfilling lives.
my approach is adaptive person centred and focused on developing skills, recognising that every person is unique and that support should be tailored to their individual strengths, needs, preferences and goal. I believe in taking the time to build genuine relationships, listen without judgment and work alongside participants, their families and support teams to create positive meaningful change.
Participants describe me approachable caring, confidant and understanding. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where people feel heard, respected and empowered to have choice and control in their own lives.
What I find most rewarding about my role is empowering participants to live their best lives- supporting them to identify what is important to them, create meaningful goals and develop skills and confidence to achieve them, while continuing to grow and thrive.
Outside of my work I am a musician and enjoy playing live music and going to watch live bands, spending time with my dog and making the most of my free time with the people and things that I love.
