I am a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a diverse professional background across healthcare, mental health and the justice system. I have extensive experience working with people with complex support needs and bring a practical, person-centred and non-judgemental approach to my work. I focus on understanding the person behind the behaviour and work collaboratively with participants, families and support teams to develop meaningful strategies that promote choice, independence and quality of life.
