I have worked with people with disability since 2021.
I would describe my practice as adaptive, neurodiversity-affirming and person-centred. I adapt my approach, so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
I enjoy spending time crafting, going to live music gigs and hiking – interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
People I work with often describe me as cheerful, empathetic and reliable, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
