I help people with complex support needs achieve greater stability, independence, and quality of life through practical and personalised behaviour support. Since 2022, I have worked closely with participants presenting with complex behaviours and support needs, developing valuable experience in risk management, incident response, and support coordination. I understand the importance of creating strategies that work in the real world and focus on delivering person-centred support that makes a genuine difference in everyday life.

What I enjoy the most about supporting people with disability is building genuine relationships and making a difference in someone's life. I love getting to know each person as an individual, understanding their goals, and supporting them to build confidence, independence and meaningful connections in their community. Seeing someone achieve something they're proud of, is incredibly rewarding.
