I enjoy helping people live meaningful and fulfilling lives. I like to try to take a person-centred and practical approach, recognising that every person is different and that behaviour is often a form of communication.
I believe good Positive Behaviour Support starts with taking the time to understand the person, what is important to them, and the people and environments around them. I enjoy building genuine relationships and working alongside individuals, families and support teams to develop strategies that are respectful, realistic and focused on improving quality of life.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching junior basketball, fishing and camping. I am also studying with Swinburne Online doing my Bachelor of Psychological Sciences. I believe having strong relationships, interests and a sense of purpose are important parts of everyone’s life.
