I am a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and qualified Social Worker with experience across disability, paediatric and adult hospital settings, including intensive care and trauma. I support children and adults with autism, intellectual disability and complex support needs. I take a practical, person-centred and collaborative approach, working closely with participants, families and care teams to understand the reasons behind behaviour and develop meaningful strategies that support choice, independence and quality of life.
