I have worked as a Disability Support Worker since 2012 and have extensive hands-on experience working with a variety of people with multiple disabilities and across various settings (SIL/SDA/Day Program/Community Participation). My academic qualifications in Psychology have provided me with clinical knowledge and evidence-based practices that inform best practice for the participants that I support. I believe in a collaborative approach with the whole care team and how we can work together to best support the participant. I am always striving for best practice to achieve the participant's goals and support them to live their best life.
