holistic, neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based
How participants would describe me:
calm, organised, proactive
What I like most about supporting people with disability is learning from others and working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams. I enjoy encouraging learning, skill development, and independence, while spending meaningful time with participants. I value listening to and understanding what is most important to each person, focusing on their strengths, interests, and goals. Most importantly, I am passionate about working alongside participants to improve their quality of life and help them achieve positive outcomes through NDIS supports.
