I am a reliable and dedicated Practitioner who is motivated by the goals and aspirations of my participants and their care team. I use a collaborative and warm approach to build rapport, assess behaviours of risk, and provide person-centred strategies. I enjoy working directly with participants and their stakeholders to discuss how the Behaviour Support service can be utilised to promote positive outcomes, including reduced risk of harm, improved quality of life, and reduced use of restrictive practices. My strengths as a clinician include high quality, strengths-based report writing, collaboration with wider care teams, and working with young people aged 5 to 20.
