I’m a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 5 years’ experience supporting people with complex mental health and disability. I’m passionate about person-centred practice — taking the time to understand what really matters to each individual and shaping supports around their strengths and goals.

In my most recent role as a PBS Team Leader, I’ve supported and guided practitioners while fostering a collaborative, reflective team environment. I value creating a culture where people feel supported to do their best work, knowing this leads to better outcomes for the individuals we support.

With a background in psychology, I focus on practical, meaningful strategies that reduce restrictive practices and create lasting, positive change. I’m motivated to continue growing in roles where I can support both people and teams to thrive.
