I have a dedicated interest to working with participants with neurodivergent behaviours. When working with participants and their support systems, I bring compassion, empathy, warmth and a good sense of humour to my role as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. My approach to positive behaviour support is grounded in lived experience, and I pride myself on being passionate about the positive impact my support can have on participants' lives by fostering trust and engagement through a sensitive and authentic approach.

I love being able to build genuine connections, understand every person as an individual, and seeing a positive difference in the lives of those living with disability. Seeing someone feel supported, valued, and empowered to life a life that is meaningful to them, brings me joy. I like to promote choice, independence, dignity and helping create opportunities for others to feel confident and in control of their own lives.
