I am a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner with a disability support background and experience working with individuals with complex support needs. I take a person- centred, and strength- based approach to behaviour support, with a focus on understand the reasons behind the behaviour and developing practical strategies to improve quality of life, independence and choice and control for the Participant.
