Our clinical excellence leaders

Outcomes Connect Australia is the benchmark for high-quality Positive Behaviour Support, combining clinical excellence and personal connections to achieve lasting, meaningful outcomes. This standard is set by our clinical excellence leaders, who provide experienced, knowledgeable and clear guidance and mentorship to every member of the Outcomes Connect Australia team.

“Our priority is creating an environment where Behaviour Support Practitioners feel supported to build confidence, deepen their capability and do work they’re genuinely proud of. Because when practitioners are supported well, participants and families feel the difference too.”

Cara is an Advanced and Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner, and a member of the Outcomes Connect Australia leadership team, bringing over two decades of experience in clinical governance, allied health and behaviour support. Cara oversees all aspects of clinical services at Outcomes Connect Australia, ensuring that the services provided by our practitioners are of the highest quality, in line with evidence-based practice and support high quality participant outcomes. Working with the Team Leaders and Learning & Development department, she drives clinical innovation, collaboration and ongoing education and development for all practitioners.
