We’re excited to share that Outcomes Connect Australia is expanding into Sydney, bringing our trusted Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services to more people across Greater Sydney. Services commence Monday, 13th October, marking a significant step forward for participants, families and referrers looking for consistent, evidence-based support.
Since launching in 2018, Outcomes Connect has grown from a small Melbourne-based team into a multi-state provider supporting thousands of participants across Victoria and Queensland. Now, we’re proud to bring that same commitment to quality, outcomes and participant experience to communities across Sydney.
A local team, backed by strong foundations
Leading the charge in Sydney is Josh Preston, our NSW Area Manager. With more than seven years of experience in allied health and behaviour support, Josh has deep roots in the region and a strong track record working alongside participants, families and support coordinators throughout NSW.
“I’m thrilled to bring Outcomes Connect Australia’s values and approach to Sydney,” says Josh. “I think families and referrers will really connect with our quality, outcomes-based PBS model, and we’re committed to building something meaningful here – from day one.”
As always, our services are delivered by a local team of practitioners supported by a robust national infrastructure – including clinical governance, learning and development, and specialist support.
Elevating standards in behaviour support
The NDIS landscape in Sydney is rapidly evolving. With more providers comes greater choice but what does quality PBS look like in practice?
At Outcomes Connect, we’re working to make that clearer. Our model blends local delivery with national systems to ensure consistency, safety, and clinical excellence at every stage. We operate under a strong governance framework, with transparent processes and regular quality reviews – helping to create safer, more effective support for the people we work with.
“If internal systems aren’t strong, quality can falter. That’s where Outcomes Connect stands out,” says NSW Area Manager Josh Preston. “We’re unwavering in our commitment to risk management, governance, quality checks and developing our teams. Our hiring, training and oversight are held to a high standard because that’s what keeps participants, families and workers safe and supported”.
