I am a experienced practitioner with work experience in the NDIS, public school system, and across various physical and mental healthcare settings. I'm an inquisitive individual who enjoys the functional behaviour assessment aspect of my role as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, assessing all contributing factors and underlying functional motivators in regard to risk and behaviour. I value rapport-building with my participants and their care teams to ensure a collaborative, participant-centered approach to mitigating risk, and ultimately improving quality of life.

I cherish the relationships I have built with my clients and their families. Being part of someone’s journey toward greater independence and self-confidence is an absolute privilege. The resilience and determination of individuals reaffirms the need to create a supportive environment for them, in which they feel valued, capable, and motivated, and I am committed to enhancing the quality of life for clients through evidence-based interventions, and a participant-focused approach.
